Coni Dean is originally from Atlantic City, New Jersey , although after living in Fort Myers since 1978 considers herself a native.  Having had the opportunity to grow up in the area, Coni  has a special understanding of  Ft. Myers and the surrounding areas . Real Estate started out as a passionate hobby for this “almost” native Floridian ,   starting  her  real estate career as an investor in 1989. Continually seeking to further her education in this field and wanting to share the benefits of investing, it seemed a natural path for her to  get a brokers license and start selling real estate . By the mid nineties, real estate was a full time  career.  Specializing in smaller investment portfolios, primarily selling  investment homes, duplexes, commercial buildings and land.  She opened   Venture Realty and Investments in 2000 and merged with Colonial Square Realty in 2008. Coni continues to provide real estate advice and consults her clients through  the  competent team of real estate professionals at CSR of FM .
